Technical Guidelines (charge cone/wax/sheet hend)

RECOMMENDED FINISHING
1. Washing water quality requirements: soft , PH value of 6.5-7.0, the temperature 33℃±2℃.
2. Use in the nature of soap light wash, after a few of water wash, then to centrifugal rolling machine off dry water.
3. And then a new water and cationic softener or other improved hand feel additive, soak in the appropriate temperature, after the water washed, and finally dehydrated water.
4. The drying temperature is maintained at about 70℃, dried to about 80-90%, and the finished product can not be completely dried.
5. Then, to slightly enhance the hand feel smoothness, can be used prototype flat dry or low temperature air-dried, do not suspension burst Sun.
6. Or, to slightly enhance the feel of bulkiness, you can use pre-heated large space drying machine, and then once again drying.
7. In the dry or cool dry, you can use the temperature (about 110-140℃), the release of large steam ironing, so that the finishing process to achieve the best results.
技術に関するガイドライン(巻き移し/ワックス/結ぶ)
1. 巻き移すの時は巻き速度は出せずに、少し巻き成形になりましたら 多少の弾力性が必要です。若し出来ないであれば巻き直しが必要です。なぜかというと、巻きがきつ過ぎますと繊維を破壊し、不良品が出やすい恐れがあります。
2. 巻き移しのコーンの重量はネットウェイトの3ボンド(1.36KG)以下 。
3. 四季適用の融点約60℃の中油性水溶ワックス リングを使用して下さい。。
4. 結びに関して、糸の結び目の両端各50-60 cm を引っ張ってから 機械で空気結びか人で十字結びにします。それをやるによって 糸の撚り、テンション違いを避けるためです。撚り、テンション違いの糸で編むと 不良品が出やすい恐れがあります。
仕上げの技術提案
1. 洗濯水質要求：ソフト性、PH値6.5-7.0内、温度33℃±2℃。
2. 中性石けんオイル軽く洗って、更に水洗い、スクロール式で脱水。
3. 更に水とカチオン系柔軟剤またはハンドフィーリング向上剤などに適切な温度の水に浸して、そして、水洗い、脱水。
4. ドライ温度は約70℃に維持し、製品が乾燥過ぎないように、80-90%までにして下さい。
5. その後、手触り向上の為に、低温乾かしかフラットドライにして下さい。長時間の日光に射さないでください。
6. または、スポンティーシユウ感向上の為に、大型ドライ機をお勧めします。しかし、事前にドライ機を予熱してから製品をドライして下さい。
7. ベストの仕上げには、ドライや乾かし後に中温(約110-140℃)の蒸気アイロンでセッティングして下さい。
